How do I cancel my subscription?

There are currently two ways you can cancel within POP. 


One way, is by using the cancellation button. This method of cancellation is instantaneous, and the recommended method of cancellation.


1. Log into POP.

2. At the top right hand corner there will be a drop down, you want the Account Settings option.

3. Once there select Billing & Payments

4. In the Cancellation Subscription menu you will find the cancellation button

5. Make sure you have received a cancellation confirmation email. Please contact support if you did not receive a confirmation email. Please let us know if you run into any issues with either process.


The second way is the cancellation code, when cancelling via the cancellation code. Please include your PageOptimizer Pro account email, in your cancellation request. This enables us to find your subscription.


1. Log into POP.

2. At the top right hand corner there will be a drop down, you want the Account Settings option.

3. Once there select Billing & Payments

4. Select the Cancellation Subscription menu.

4. Click 'Generate Code'

5. Contact Customer Support, pasting the code into your message, and within 1-3 days, your subscription will be cancelled.
