Can I pause my subscription?

We do not offer the option to pause subscriptions. This is because upon cancellation of your subscription, you will not lose any of your projects or reports. Any credits you have left unused will not be removed from your account as well. If you are on the Unlimited plan, you retain Unlimited reports until the end date of your subscription.'

Please note, if you are on a promotional price plan, you will not have access to your current promotional plan price if you cancel. When you return to POP, you will pay the current monthly price for your chosen plan.
