I Want to Use POP Custom, Which Recommendations Should I Follow First?

If you are using the Compare Data sub-tab, the best practice is to do all increases before doing any decreases. Decreasing is most effective for pages that are older and are “stuck.” You should do all your increases first and see how your page responds. Decreasing is a high risk / high reward strategy and should only be done in the right circumstances and by those that are comfortable making those judgment calls. Additionally, check the recommended strategy provided by POP. Make sure that POP isn’t suggesting a different strategy than the one you are currently using.
