When you contact us please provide the Report ID (if you have one), target keyword, target URL, and target location so that we can look up the run and try things from our end.
Please be as specific as you can about the issue you are having. If you have screenshots or can do a quick loom video of the issue, that often helps us troubleshoot things very quickly. We can usually get you up and running in no time once we have that information.
