NOTE: Page Structure Suggestions are there to help you build a page that can rank well. Page Structure Suggestions, do not impact either of POP’s optimization scores.

They should be used to get insight into the type of page that Google is rewarding for your target keyword.

You will get answers to questions like:

"How many images should I have on a page?"

or

"Should I use tables, lists, or forms?"

Please note, while those elements will help you write a great page, the existence of them alone is unlikely to help your page ranking. Ranking comes from what you put inside those elements. Keep in mind that the Page Structure Suggestions is showing the number of total number tags to use on a page but not what to use inside those tags.

For example, in the Subheadings section of the Content Brief you might have the recommendation of 10-15 important terms and in the Page Structure Suggestions tab it might suggest using 5 H2's.

The recommendation would be to have around 5 H2s (subheadings) on your page and use 2-3 important terms in each one.
