Yes they do.
Re-run's using the Update Score option will consume only one POP Credit.
However, re-runs using the Switch Setups, and Make Changes options will cost 2 POP Credits. This is because a fresh report is being created.
Due to this, we strongly encourage users to take advantage of the POP Chrome Extension and the POP Content Editor. With both, you can check your pages scores while you edit. As well as your important terms counts. Without needing to consume a POP credit to do so.
