How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrading or downgrading your subscription in POP is simple.
1.) After logging into POP navigate to the profile area by selecting ‘Account Settings’ from the top right hand drop down.
2.) Once in the Account Settings area, select the ‘Billing & Payments’ menu
3.) In the Change Plan menu, you will find the ‘Change Plan’ button.
If you are upgrading and you have any time left in your current plan's month you will get a credit for that time. How you receive that credit depends on your payment method.
If you paid by PayPal, you will pay the full amount of the new plan now and receive a refund in a few business days of the remaining credit. If you paid by credit card, you will pay a prorated amount now for the new plan.
